Mommy and Me Yoga : 1/9-4/2 10:45-11:30 & 1:15-2:00

Family Yoga- Saturday 2/4, 3/10, 4/21 and 6/2 adults with kids ages 3-6, 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM ages 7+ 11-12pm

AM Power Workshop 7:45 AM - 9:00 AM

Candlelit Kundalini and Meditation 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM Sunday 1/29

Restorative Yoga 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Sunday 1/22

Bellydance 2/15-3/28 5:30-6:45

Pre and Post Natal Yoga: New Sessions starting in January and February. Can start at any time, inquire for more details or register online.

Many of you got to know us in our former incarnation as Sonic Yoga. Different name now... but same fabulous teachers and that friendly atmosphere you love! Plus some fabulous new additions to the schedule on the way!
