About Danielle:
As licensed massage therapist she developed an integrative approach aiming to co-create sessions with clients to address their goals and assist in creating ease within movement. Danielle specializes in Pregnancy Massage and Myofascial Release and is a faculty member at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Mount Kisco. After her son was born in 2008 Danielle became passionate about healthy choices in childbirth for mothers, families, and infants. She then trained and certified as an Infant Massage Instructor, yoga teacher and completed level 1 Little Flower yoga for children. She is also a Lamaze trained Childbirth Educator.

About Laura:
Laura is a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist. She offers a unique blend of traditional Western table massage with Thai Yoga Bodywork and Integrative Positional Therapy (IPT) techniques, for an incredibly relaxing and therapeutic session. With a deep understanding of anatomy and movement, Laura can help pinpoint and alleviate the source of chronic aches and pains, as well as provide a full-body massage.  She studied at the Finger Lakes School of Massage, and with Jonas Westring, Patrick Ingrassia, Lee Albert and many others. Myofascial Release and Swedish massageare also offered, as well as private and group yoga classes.

About Matt:
Matt has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since the Fall of 2017 after attending the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Mount Kisco, NY. He was drawn to bodywork during a Yoga teacher training, and saw how a hands-on method to healing could be beneficial for all kinds of people.  Matt’s approach is therapeutic and intuitive, listening to the needs of each client as he incorporates various styles and techniques to enhance the session. Whether it’s for general relaxation or for targeting specific areas of stress/tension, Matt’s massage can help people achieve a greater sense of overall health and well-being. He also enjoys offering clients self-care tips, stretches, and tips on bringing more mindfulness into their daily life. He teaches Hatha style yoga classes on Tuesday and Friday mornings at Quest.

Maureen

About Maureen:
Maureen received advanced training in craniosacral therapy with Dr. Ron Wish of the Great River Craniosacral Therapy Institute in Nyack, NY, where she earned a certificate in craniosacral therapy (CST) and somatoemotional release (SER). Maureen furthered her CST studies by training in dynamic body balancing and myofascial unwinding with Dr. Carol Phillips of Annapolis, MD, whose CST and chiropractic work focuses on pregnant women and children. She also has a certificate in expressive arts therapy from the Person-Centered Expressive Arts Therapy Institute in California, an institute that pioneered the work of Dr. Natalie Rogers, daughter of renowned humanist psychologist Dr. Carl Rogers. Currently, Maureen is learning acupressure and has completed Level 1 training in Reiki. In fall 2017, she will assist Dr. Ron Wish in his training. She is grateful to all her teachers for their expertise, wisdom, and guidance.  Maureen works on people of all ages, including seniors, children, teens, and pregnant women, and is drawn to those undergoing stuck or challenging situations which incur loss, change, and/or grief, as such experiences can effect profound transformation in an individual’s life.
