Hot Stone Massage

This specialty massage is designed to deeply relax both the body and mind.  Smooth stones are heated to just the right temperature and are used to massage the body.  Heat from the stones soothes and relaxes the mind while simultaneously melting away muscular tension. This ancient therapy is an effective treatment for tight and tired muscles.

Aromatherapy Massage/Raindrop Technique

Receive a relaxing massage using an Aromatherapy blend of your choice. The oil blends contain essential oils which are highly therapeutic, concentrated plant oils.  When inhaling essential oils, the limbic system of the brain is stimulated restoring balance to stress level, blood pressure, breathing, memory, digestion and immune system. 

Fertility Massage

Thai Yoga Massage

Laura's blend of myofascial and traditional massage is a gentle therapy, consisting of a mixture of light stretching and massage work. During a session, hands-on massagestrokes are used in order to release tension from the fibrous bands of the muscles, bones, nerves and joints, by unblocking any scar tissue or adhesions due to injury in the muscles and surrounding tissues.  Then, light to moderate traction and twisting strokes are used to apply the appropriate tension on the soft tissue, and to achieve a full reflex range of the muscle. This slow and subtle technique can be used to unblock fascia and muscle throughout the body restoring total physical harmony. 

This is a safe therapy that can be used as a preventative method or to promote the healing of an injured, stiff or painful muscle. However, this therapy has also been affective in treating patients with sloppy posture, chronic fatigue, severe tension and anxiety, as well as repetitive stress injuries of the muscular-skeletal system. 

A typical session lasts an hour, and afterwards clients often rave about the total release of body tension they experience. This is why the treatment is often recommended to soothe a plethora of pain-associated conditions including migraine headaches, menstrual cramps, menopause-related pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, Fibromyalgia, whiplash and muscle spasms.

As licensed massage therapist she developed an integrative approach aiming to co-create sessions with clients to address their goals and assist in creating ease within movement. Danielle specializes in Pregnancy Massage and Myofascial Release and is a faculty member at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Mount Kisco. After her son was born in 2008 Danielle became passionate about healthy choices in childbirth for mothers, families, and infants. She then trained and certified as an Infant Massage Instructor, yoga teacher and completed level 1 Little Flower yoga for children. She is also a Lamaze trained Childbirth Educator.


E-RYT 200 and NYS LMT offers a unique blend of traditional Western table massage with Thai Yoga Bodywork and Integrative Positional Therapy (IPT) techniques, for an incredibly relaxing and therapeutic session. With a deep understanding of anatomy and movement, Laura can help pinpoint and alleviate the source of chronic aches and pains, as well as provide a full-body massage.  She studied at the Finger Lakes School of Massage, and with Jonas Westring, Patrick Ingrassia, Lee Albert and many others.
