Jodi's discovery of yoga, over a decade ago, helped her find the inner peace and balance she desperately needed to offset the stress that accompanied her position in the corporate world. The practice of yoga deepens the connection between breath, body, mind and spirit -- and as both a student and a teacher, Jodi sees how this union both opens the heart and quiets the mind so that we can listen to our powerful inner wisdom and lead a more joyful life. Jodi's ISHTA inspired classes are challenging yet offer modifications to suit the needs of every student. Her goal as a teacher is to offer students what she discovered in her trainings with Alan Finger -- the inner wisdom and awareness that leads to an intentional practice which honors the physical, spiritual and emotional self in each moment, as it is. Jodi’s love for her students keeps her testing the limits of what is possible for them.
