Quest Yoga Arts offers a variety of prenatal yoga and yoga/pilates fusion classes to meet your unique needs and energy levels during your pregnancy. Classes are offered throughout the week for your convenience.
Momma and Baby Classes
Quest Yoga Arts offers two classes during the week for new moms and babies. Take the "classic" Mom & Baby yoga, or the more momma-focused Core Restore. Classes are relaxed and centered around moms' and babies' needs. We encourage you to feed your baby, change your baby and bring whatever you need to feel comfortable during the class. You and baby should be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by your doctor to attend.
