Join us to gain new understanding of how the pregnant and laboring body is unique as you discover the innate and awesome power you hold within. The prenatal yoga practice is specifically designed to address the tremendous physical, emotional, and mental changes experienced during pregnancy and invites you to explore and embrace these changes as you connect with your innate maternal wisdom. Class includes movements and breath work that helps reduce common discomforts of pregnancy and introduces strategies and information to utilize during labor and beyond. You will also have the opportunity to connect with other moms-to-be, ask questions and share resources. Prenatal yoga is often the starting point for many new friendships and parent-organized support networks.

Momma and Baby Yoga
This class is a playful and special time to bond with your baby as you practice gentle movements and yogic techniques for relaxation, rejuvenation and core toning as you re-inhabit your body after birth. The practice will also help release some of the common discomforts associated with being a new mom, such as neck, shoulder and back tension. Mom & Baby Yoga includes the opportunity to learn baby exercises and nurturing touch for your baby that provide a number of benefits during the early stages of your child's development.
We encourage you to feed your baby, change your baby and bring whatever you need to feel comfortable during the class. You and baby should be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by your doctor to attend. Please bring a baby blanket.
