Sara Cohen

Sara is a Westchester local who is devoted to finding where student’s fitness goals intersect with her varied expertise. It starts with her BFA in dance performance from the Hartt School, so you can be sure your experience will have rhythm and soul. Sara has been teaching Barre and Yoga since 2013, and added Pilates in 2015. She fell in love with teaching after years of perusing a professional dance career. Sara couldn’t be happier blending her skills, enriching peoples lives and is excited each and every day knowing she gets to share what she really loves.
