Self care with essential oils can create an empowering shift in your health and wellness. Essential oils are concentrated plant oils that are safe, supportive and healing for the mind and body. We will discuss a handful of essential oils to promote peace, calming, support a healthy immune system and muscular system. We will learn how to use essential oils safely and effectively to support well-being.

Danielle is passionate about the healing power of plant-based medicine and the innate wisdom and healing ability of body and mind. She is senior faculty at the Finger Lakes School of Massage, a Registered Yoga Teacher, and Birth & Postpartum Doula. Danielle integrates her diverse training and teaches with a sense of joy, reverence, and curiosity.
