Bladder and Pelvic Floor Health: A Workshop for Women of All Ages

With Special Guest Leslie Daly, RYT500, MS OTR/L

It may be surprising to learn that one-third of women ages 30–70 have experienced bladder control problems. Contrary to popular belief, pelvic floor strengthening is not the only means of prevention. This class offers empowering information and pelvic floor awareness techniques. Using yoga, we will learn how to balance the nervous system, tone muscles responsible for supporting the bladder, and understand key lifestyle changes that can prevent problems now and as we get older.

Pre-registration required.
