About presenter:
Kelly resided on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation during the 1990s where she experienced the powerful spirituality and stunning beauty of Lakota-Sioux culture as well as the devastating hardships and realities of day-to-day reservation life. While Kelly has been a beadworker since childhood, it was during her pregnancies on the reservation that she began making dream catchers, moccasins and First Nations dance regalia. Kelly’s sons are Lakota Sioux, and they maintain a strong and proud connection to their cultural heritage. Kelly brings her passion for Vedic and Western astrology and shamanic studies into her classes and workshops.
