Jennifer Gibson is certified Yoga instructor through the Integral Yoga Institute of NYC. Through her exploration of yoga, she has discovered tools to find a peaceful balance in her daily life. With a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from New World School of the Arts, University of Florida, she has an extensive background in dance and uses movement and knowledge of the body as tools in her classes. Jennifer infuses her sessions with love, compassion, and an exploration of self through breath, awareness, and an emphasis on staying present.
