Align & Flow
Align & Flow is a vinyasa ( or "flow") style of yoga. The hallmark of a vinyasa yoga class is the linkage of poses that flow one into another. The flows are paced by focus on the breath. Emphasis is placed on building strength and endurance, refining alignment, and working with variations on basic postures. Align & Flow is offered at various practice levels:
Level 1 - Builds on the foundation of the Yoga Basics class and includes postures and flows for the beginner.
Level 1/2- Designed for the experienced beginner to increase the level of challenge.
Level 2 - Suitable for intermediate practitioners ready for more vigorous flows and poses.
Level 2/3 - For intermediate to advanced practitioners, this class is faster paced and includes advanced poses.
Students in these classes should have familiarity with basic yoga poses and be able to move easily from floor to standing and able to bear weight on hands and knees.

brand new beginners
A foundational yoga class for those who have no previous yoga experience. Basic poses are covered with focus on alignment and breath. You will learn some of the basic yogic concepts and many of the benefits of a regular, mindful practice. This is a great way to get started on your yoga journey.
Students should be able to get on and off the floor with relative ease, and be able to bear weight on hands and knees.

Core & Balance
A dynamic blend of yoga movements that increases core strength, balance, and flexibility, while being easy on the mind and the joints. Transform your body and exhilarate your mind at the same time.

This class is a nurturing yogic approach incorporating movement, breath, meditation and energetic body work to help reduce stress and increase relaxation to promote fertility. The practice includes movements that increase pelvic circulation and gently massage and encourage energetic flow in pelvic organs and the endocrine system.

Fitness for Yogis
A fitness based class incorporating a variety of props including weights, balance balls, bars, etc., designed to build strength in the whole body. Enjoy a full body stretch afterwards to integrate.

This class is inspired by Kripalu Yoga where practice begins gently with an emphasis on breath, relaxation and self-acceptance. As practice deepens, each person chooses the level of physical intensity right for him or her. The overall experience is one of learning to love and nurture your body. Kripalu Yoga recognizes that everyone's body is different and encourages modifications of postures to meet individual needs. This class is designed for those who prefer a slower pace.
Excellent for seniors AND for those with reduced mobility due to joint, neck, shoulder, back, knee or wrist issues, or those returning to practice after healing from injury or surgery.

Yoga para Niños
ages 6 - 10 years

This class allows kids the opportunity to move, dance, sing and use their imagination as they flow through different shapes and enjoy a fun after-school activity. Kids will practice breath awareness, mindfulness and a few minutes of relaxation at the end of class which can be helpful when settling down to focus on homework and other activities of the day. Class is taught in English and Spanish.

This is a slower moving, meditative class that includes a comprehensive approach to individual poses interspersed with periods of pose and repose that help balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. Each session includes classic sun salutations, floor poses, pranayama (breath) techniques that powerfully calm and rejuvenate the body, guided deep relaxation, meditation and mantra. Hatha practice helps to establish a sense of mental and physical ease and peace in the body.
Students should have some familiarity with basic yoga poses and be able to move easily from floor to standing and able to bear weight on hands and knees.
Tuesdays 9:30 - 11:00am (Level 1)
Hatha Elements is a fusion of classic hatha and flow vinyasa that includes sequences for each of the elements: earth, water, fire, air and ether. It is characterized by slower-paced, fluid, free-flowing sequences interspersed with moments of repose and reflection. Sessions include mantra, standing and floor poses, deep relaxation, pranayama and meditation.
Students should have familiarity with basic yoga poses and be able to move easily from floor to standing and able to bear weight on hands and knees.
Thursdays 7:00 - 8:25pm (Level 1/2)
Tone and strengthen your abdominals, hips, and back, or what Joseph Pilates refers to as your “powerhouse.” This classic Pilates class emphasizes precise body alignment, mental focus, and breath work for a refreshing mind/body workout resulting in improved posture, flexibility, and strength.

Join us to gain new understanding of how the pregnant and laboring body is unique as you discover the innate and awesome power you hold within. The prenatal yoga practice includes many beneficial elements not found in regular yoga classes, and women gain a deeper understanding of the importance of various modifications for every trimester. Prenatal yoga addresses the tremendous physical, emotional, and mental changes experienced during pregnancy and invites you to explore and embrace these changes as you connect with your innate maternal wisdom. Class includes movements and breath work that helps reduce common discomforts of pregnancy and introduces strategies, practices and information to utilize during labor and beyond. You will also have the opportunity to connect with other moms-to-be, ask questions and share resources. Prenatal yoga is often the starting point for many new friendships and parent-organized support networks.
Recommend for women in all trimesters of pregnancy. No previous yoga experience necessary.

(Momma & Baby)
This class is a playful and special time to bond with your baby as you practice gentle movements and yogic techniques for relaxation, rejuvenation and core toning as you re-inhabit your body after birth. The practice will also help release some of the common discomforts associated with being a new mom, such as neck, shoulder and back tension. Mom & Baby Yoga includes the opportunity to learn baby exercises and nurturing touch for your baby that provide a number of benefits during the early stages of your child's development.We encourage you to feed your baby, change your baby and bring whatever you need to feel comfortable during the class. Please bring a baby blanket.
You and baby should be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by your doctor to attend. No previous yoga experience necessary.

Rest, relax and rejuvenate in this deliciously blissful mind and body melt class. Gravity does the work during a sequence of postures that are supported by props for the ultimate stillness and peace. Yoga for Athletes
All athletes will benefit from this alignment-based vinyasa flow yoga with an emphasis on strength, flexibility, concentration, and relaxation. Learn to integrate breath into movement, strengthen underused muscles, and release overused muscles while bringing the body and mind into balance to help prevent injury and take your sport to the next level.

Yin Yoga style is a balancing practice that is complimentary to other styles of yoga. This reflective mind/body practice specifically targets the connective tissue, joints, meridians (energy pathways) and organs of the body. This practice can improve range of motion, but it also provides an opportunity for a deeper release and transformation of energetic congestion in the body (as a result of held emotions, habitual thought patterns, stress and life experiences). A Yin class involves fewer poses that are held for longer lengths of time. Yin yoga challenges students to work slowly, mindfully and respectfully on their edge with instruction on how to personalize practice for the appropriate level of intensity according to individual needs.
Students should be able to bear weight on hands and knees. Appropriate for practitioners at Level 1 and above.
